The Ministry of Cultural has taken this project a) Verified by Reviewing whether the project activities have been carried out/done in accordance with the approved DPP/ RDPP; b) Review and analysis, Household survey of the project activities to assess whether they can achieve the objective of the project; and c) Make recommendation for the sponsoring Ministry/Division and implementing Agency in achieving the objectives of the project. Objectives of the In-depth Monitoring of the project; Muslim Institute, Shaheed Minar, and Chittagong Divisional Govt. Mass in the same campus for the purpose of multifaceted cultural activities.Construction of library infrastructure; Various kinds of cultural activities of Muslim Institute, organization of various national day programs in Shahid Minar premises and modernization of Departmental Government Public Library, Chittagong based on information and communication technology to improve the quality of reader service; And To establishment the Chittagong Muslim Institute and Cultural Center as a multi-faceted literature, culture and research center for people of all classes, ages, religions, castes, and professions of Chittagong Division.
