Review and monitoring of project management, project director recruitment, manpower recruitment, project management committee meeting, organize project steering committee meeting, implementation of meeting decision, the recommendations of the IMED monitoring report should be reviewed; Check whether the existing rules and regulations (PPA-2006 and PPR-2006) have been followed in procurement activity and it is necessary to review whether the approval of purchasing activities has been taken appropriately; It is necessary to monitor whether the quality of construction work and construction materials is being maintained. In addition, it is necessary to review whether the bill of quantity for construction work and the specification for procurement/supply of furniture have been maintained; Conduct surveys on beneficiaries and stakeholders and analyze the opinions obtained in the survey Strengths and weaknesses Opportunities and threats of the project should be identified and analyzed; Monitoring of internal audit and external audit of financial activities and whether there are audit objections, how many if any, audit objection details, how much money involved, settlement of objection should be reviewed with latest information; Above all, to accelerate the project activity and the report should be prepared with necessary recommendations in the light of monitoring of the implementation issues; During the In-depth monitoring, other duties assigned by the appropriate authority related to the In-depth monitoring should be performed.
